2024 Program Memories

LEX Family Reunion

LEX members and friends from around the United States gathered in at Emerson University in the heart of beautiful Boston for a joyous celebration of connection and community.  For many participants, the highlight was the people-to-people connections made or rekindled.  It was also lovely to see the children bonding with each other, and to enjoy the member-created activities such as the multilingual scavenger hunt and the sharing of Chinese games.

​We suggest Friday, June 28 and Monday, July 1 as travel days for folks coming from out of town

• Chat with Suzanne Flynn, ​Professor of Linguistics and Language Acquisition at MIT
• Multilingual Scavenger Hunt
• Optional sightseeing choices:
  Public Garden, Swan Boats, and Ducklings
  Kennedy Greenway, Carousel, and Cannoli in North End
  Museums
• Afterparty: Time to chat with old and new friends
