Volunteer with LEXWould you like to contribute your skills and time to LEX Language Project? Our volunteer arrangements are flexible, and we would be delighted to talk with you about how you can be a part of our programs. If you have skills you would like to share, please contact [email protected]. We invite you to visit at least one language club in person or online before scheduling a time to meet with us about volunteering.
Applicants must be able to commit to 3 hours per week for three months or more. Schedule is negotiable, based on staff and volunteer needs. Our office in Cambridge, MA is easily accessible by public transportation and by car. Volunteers may be remote, in person, or hybrid. |
Projects |
Some examples of past volunteer projects include: website redesign; SEO (search engine optimization); language club marketing; social media; video production; event planning; and projects around IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access) such as reviewing our website for accessibility or promoting our internship program specifically to under-represented groups. Volunteers must also be flexible to pitch in where needed.
