Part-time Marketing Coordinator - 10 hours per week - Hybrid
LEX seeks a part-time non-profit marketing coordinator who is passionate about languages and cultural exchange.
Although much of the work can be done remotely, it is sometimes necessary to meet in Cambridge, MA. We may consider highly qualified candidates interested in fully remote work, especially LEX members or alumni.
Promotion of Language Clubs, Overseas Internship Programs, and Homestay Programs

- Promote programs and special events online and via community outreach.
- Track and report on effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Create marketing materials as needed.
- Help recruit volunteers, interns, and host families.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of three years marketing or outreach experience with a non-profit organization.
- Cross-cultural experience and interest in languages.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
- COVID vaccine status: “fully vaccinated” and “up to date” according to CDC definitions, including for remote candidates. Candidates will be required to show proof of vaccination upon commencing employment.
