COVID, Inclement Weather, and Food and Drink Policies

Our in-person clubs are currently meeting mostly indoors, and occasionally outdoors in good weather.  Indoor meetings are mask optional.

Our group is flexible and happy to accommodate the needs of others.  Please inquire if you have a concern.

COVID Policies
Our live activities involve singing and speaking in close contact over time. We ask everyone to be mindful of their health and how it impacts others in our beautiful community.  At a minimum, members and Fellows will follow CDC and state and local guidelines. Members and Fellows may choose to adopt additional precautions on a club by club basis, or an individual basis.  

Members and Fellows agree to abide by CDC or similar state and local guidelines.  Please stay home if you test positive or if you are experiencing symptoms, including mild, cold-like symptoms.  Please mask if you have been exposed but are not experiencing symptoms and have not tested positive.

Members and Fellows will notify their Fellow and/or the LEX office immediately if they test positive for COVID after attending a live gathering so that LEX may notify any close contacts of such Member or Fellow of potential COVID exposure. 

Food Policies
Due to potential food allergies, please do not bring food, candy, or gum into the club.  Special treats may be shared with the group, outside after club is over, and with agreement of all parents.  Please bring your own water in a closed container.  If you need to give your child a snack, please do it outside the club room.

Inclement Weather
In case of inclement weather, your Fellow will notify all participants by email or the club's regular method of communication (text message or messaging app) at least 2 hours ahead of time as to any cancellation or change of location.  The LEX office will also send out an email and post the information above the calendars on our Visit LEX page.  If there is a parking ban, club will be canceled.  Please use your own good judgement if travel is not safe.
