At LEX, we don’t believe language is simply taught. It’s acquired. Our language clubs provide immersion-style multilingual learning fun for families and individuals of all ages in an informal, supportive environment modeled on the way we naturally learn our first language(s). Whether you’re exploring a second language for your child, reigniting your own language journey or building a multilingual home, LEX offers a welcoming community where language comes alive through connection, music and play.

What Are LEX Language Clubs?
LEX Language Project clubs are designed to feel less like a classroom and more like a vibrant social gathering. You might find yourself singing in Spanish, hearing French stories, or casually picking up new words just by being in the room. This whole-to-parts approach allows learners of any age to develop listening comprehension, pronunciation and confidence without pressure or drills.
Our clubs are available online and in person, with current in-person and hybrid offerings in Massachusetts and California. As we continue to grow, we plan to expand in-person opportunities while maintaining flexible online access for families everywhere.

Try It First: Visit an Open Club
Curious about immersive language learning? The best way to experience LEX is by attending one of our monthly Open Clubs. This isn’t a class. It’s a community. And that changes everything!

Step 1: Visit an Open Club
Each month, we welcome new visitors to join us for a free trial. You can attend either online or in person. Simply visit the LEX website and navigate to the Visit LEX page for current Open Club dates and details.

Step 2: Come Back as Much as You Like
After your first visit, you may return as many times as you like for the rest of the month at no cost to fully experience our programs and community. This gives you time to see if LEX is the right fit for you or your family. When you’re ready to join, speak with one of our Fellows, and they’ll guide you through the membership process.

Step 3: Choose Your Audio Materials
Members purchase a set of audio materials (Available as downloadable MP3s or CDs) to support immersive listening at home. These materials are essential in reinforcing the natural acquisition process and creating daily exposure to the language.

Step 4: Pay Membership Fees
To join, members pay:

• A one-time registration fee of $50
• A monthly membership fee (based on the number of participating family members)

Your membership allows you to attend club meetings as often as you like each month. Student discounts and scholarships are available to ensure accessibility for all learners.
