Kumi Greissman Exchange Scholarship

The Kumi Greissman Exchange Scholarship -- established in 2003 in honor of the memory of Kumi Greissman -- promotes intercultural friendship and understanding as well as language acquisition by helping LEX Language Club members in the U.S. to participate in international exchange programs. The scholarship covers 50% of the cost of participation in LEX America's exchange programs (including airfare and program fees). Scholarship recipients are expected to actively participate in their LEX Language Club both before and after the exchange. Global Homestay Exchange Scholarship

LEX America is currently raising funds to establish a new scholarship for its international exchange programs -- the Global Homestay Exchange Scholarship. Many people have participated in LEX America exchanges over the years and have wonderful experiences and memories that they have shared with friends and family. The aim of the new scholarship is to promote international exchange by helping youth members of our partner organizations - States' 4-H International Exchange Programs, Texas Global Exchange, Premium International Exchange, ERDT, and the Canadian/Japanese Exchange - to participate in LEX exchanges.

LEX America is currently accepting donations for the Kumi Greissman Exchange Scholarship and the Global Homestay Exchange Scholarship funds.
